Mica heater
Application: it is suitable for heating the material pipe of injection molding machine and the die of extruder.
Structure: ni80cr20 resistance wire is wound on mica insulation sheet, the whole heating process is light weight and small volume. The metal shell is made of stainless steel plate or aluminized steel plate.
Technical parameters:
The average working temperature is 350 ℃, and the power density is less than 4W / cm2.
Power connection mode:
1. Plug type wiring (20a);
2. Terminal box connection (multi-phase fixed connection is allowed);
3. Outgoing connection of high temperature wire (shielded heat-resistant pure nickel wire).
